All items may be ordered from the shop in Brisbane during our normal opening hours, by mail order, fax or email with a more personal shopping service as you deal with the person who knows the toys and follows your order through.

We are available 7 days a week to take your call, email, or fax. Please leave a message if the phone is unattended.

Toy Sales - Price Match

If you see a cheaper price on an Australian online website we will match it excluding clearance sales and where the price is lower than our cost price.

EBay Prices

EBay is an Auction site. We do not price match Auction listings as the final price you pay is subject to you winning the auction and the sellers terms and conditions.

We will price match where possible "buy it now" items from eBay stores where the item is new and including their generally higher shipping and handling costs, insurance and payment costs.

The final amount of your order will be confirmed following confirmation that stock is

available and the freight charges applicable.

Payment may be made by Credit Card

(Mastercard, Visa, PayPal),

Direct Deposit

Australia Post Money Order or Cheque.

Print the and fax or post it as above after the total of your order has been confirmed.

Payment is required in full at the time of order confirmation unless the items are being picked up from the Toy Library. 50% deposit is required for items to be picked up.

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and payment made.
