Return Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange except in accordance with this policy. All items must be unpacked immediately upon receipt and the contents checked.

bulletGoods not Received. No credit or refund will be issued for goods not received where we are able to produce evidence that the goods were dispatched. Where optional insurance has been taken out we will provide the information required to assist with an insurance claim.
bulletGoods damaged in Transit. Little Tikes items (only) damaged in transit must be notified within 5 days of receipt to arrange return authorisation approval number.  For all other brands no credit or refund will be issued for goods damaged in transit. The purchaser should refuse to accept delivery of any damaged product and notify us immediately. Where optional insurance has been taken out we will provide the information required to assist with an insurance claim.
bulletIncorrect Product. If you receive a product that is incorrectly shipped, subject to the size of the item we will arrange for the payment of postage or arrange for collection of the item. We will only issue a credit or refund:
bulletWhere the item was incorrectly shipped by us and not where you ordered the wrong item; and
bulletUpon receipt by us of the item in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging; and
bulletWe will only issue a refund if the correct product is unavailable.
bulletGoods damaged or missing Parts. Any item found to be damaged or missing parts upon unpacking  must be notified within 5 days of receipt. Depending on the item we will at our or the distributors sole discretion arrange for a replacement piece, a replacement item and/or request return of the item. No item will be accepted for return without a return authorisation approval number and a receipt.  We will only issue a credit or refund:
bulletUpon receipt by us of the item in its original,  packaging; and
bulletWe will only issue a refund if parts are unavailable or a replacement product is unavailable.
bulletWe will not issue a refund or credit where an item has been damaged during assembly or an attempt to assemble an item, in the case of willful damage, misuse, unauthorised repair or tampering.
bulletReturn Authorisation Number. The following information is required for issue of a Return Authorisation Number. A return Authorisation Number applies to one item only.
bulletName and contact details of the purchaser.
bulletInvoice or order number.
bulletProduct code and description.
bulletDate on invoice or shipping note.
bulletWhether the product has been opened.
bulletProblem.
