Price List Notes as at 1st January 2008

  1. Where items are noted in the catalogue as Daily/Weekend the weekly rate is the rate for the day or weekend.
  2. Delivery is not included with any items excluding the Party Packs but is available at an additional cost. The rate is dependant on the delivery Zone of the Suburb which is related to the distance. Note! Some items are delivery only.
  3. Party Pack Points include delivery, assembly & Pick up to delivery Zones 1 to 5 at the rates applicable to the delivery Zone. Additional Charge applies to other delivery Zones. Please contact the Toy Library to check your Zone.
  4. Party Pack Points do not apply to shade structures. These may be included at their daily/weekend rate with any Party Pack.
  5. Party Pack Points for the impact absorbing mats include delivery to property boundary only. Direct access must be available from the delivery vehicle doors to the property boundary. This will not occur on sloping or narrow driveways. Additional Charges will apply to delivery of mats in any other circumstances which must be arranged prior to delivery which will be pro rata on the quantity for less than 20m2
  6. Assembly of shade structures is not included.
  7. Installation of Impact mats is not included except where the additional delivery charges are paid.
  8. Refer below to Additional Charges for additional charges which may apply.
Delivery Only Items

 Due to the size, value and/or complexity of assembly the following items are delivery only.

  4. CL 23 Little Tikes Variety Climber
  5. CL 24 Feber Party Clown Playground

  8. O 09 Feber See Saw
  9. O 013 Step 2 Big Splash Centre

The pools may be available for collection by a Van, enclosed utility or cage trailer.

Additional Charges

 The following additional charges may apply.

  1. Assembly of shade structure or disassembly of shade structure. $10.00 each
  2. Cleaning of Party Packs where the equipment has not been cleaned by the Borrower. $10.00
  3. Cleaning of Balls where the balls have been contaminated by the Borrower. $10.00 per hundred balls

4.      Administration Fees

·     Replacement Catalogue. $5.00

·     Replacement Membership Card. $2.00

·     Replacement Frequent Borrowers Card. $2.00

·     Per Phone call when toys are not returned by the due date and no notification is provided within 24 hours of the due date. $2.00

·     Per invoice for outstanding amounts. $5.00

·     Per Letter. $10.00

 

  1. Delivery of equipment to within a property with restricted access, steps or through a house. $10.00

6.    Delivery of Impact mats

·     to the property boundary where direct access from the delivery vehicle is not

available. $15.00

·     to within a property where a minimum of 1 metre clear opening is available and a  flat trolley can be used. $20.00

·     to within a property where clear access is available on a flat or slight slope. $35.00

·     to within a property on a slope, with restricted access or through a house. $60.00
