Full Membership Information

as at 1st January 2008

Application and Membership Fees.
Membership is available on an annual basis.

The current 1st Year Membership fee is $30 per family for 12 calendar months from date of issue of membership card. Renewal Membership fee is $10 per family for 12 calendar months.

A full colour catalogue is provided free to "full" members only upon the initial application. Replacement catalogues are available at a cost of $5.00 each.

Membership Card.
A current financial membership card is required to be produced each time equipment is borrowed.

Frequent Borrower Card.
In addition to the Membership card each member will be issued with a "Frequent Borrower" Card to accumulate bonuses. Upon the accumulation of 10 Stamps the "Frequent Borrower" is entitled to 1 complimentary loan of a value equal to the average loan value (excluding delivery charges but including Party Packs) of the 10 prior loans. The value may also be applied to a loan of a higher value. Note. The total value of the complimentary loan must be used for 1 loan.

Note: Loan Value for accumulation does not include delivery charges and the bonus value cannot be used towards delivery charges.

5. Catalogue Range.

The majority of our range caters to the active developing 6 month old - 6 year olds. We do have a range of larger equipment suitable for kids up to 8 years old subject to development, size and weight.

Borrowing Rates.
The borrowing rates are on a weekly, fortnightly or four-week basis and are included at the end of the catalogue. The weekly rates do not include delivery.

Delivery is available upon request. The cost depends on the items and distance.

These borrowing rates and the availability of items are subject to change without notice. Please check the current rate when booking items and ask for a current list if there have been any changes in price or availability. Don’t forget to check our "Special Rates" below.

Electronic Toys - Batteries.
A number of toys have electronic components. The majority of these toys will be provided with working batteries at the time they are borrowed. Battery replacement if required is the responsibility of the borrower. Some Electronic Toys are excluded from the provision of batteries these are identified in the catalogue descriptions.

As easy as 1 – 2 – 3.

Step 1 Select toys according to age range and number of children expected.

Step 2 Pick your toys for a great Birthday Party, Xmas Party, BBQ, Christening or any other Special Occassion at home or other venue.

Step 3 Book your Party Toys - $20 or 25% (whichever is the greater) deposit will hold these. The balance to be paid when the toys are delivered or paid in advance. Credit card payments accepted.

   Minimum Party Pack for delivery Zones 1 40 Points ($95). Higher minimum for other areas.

            suburb. Our weekend Party Packs generally range in price from $95 - $160.

   Our Party Packs are much cheaper and lots more fun for all age kids than Jumping Castles.

The following Special Rates are available.

      Fortnightly Rate Discount of approximately 10% from 2 times the weekly rate.

      4 Week Rate Discount of approximately 25% from 4 times the weekly rate

      Mid Week Rate for Playgroups available upon request.

Discount & Bonus vouchers may be offered at various times during the year.

Note! Only one discount or bonus voucher including Birthday Bonus Vouchers may be used per visit.

Toy Reservations
Popular toys may be reserved. Small items will be held for between 2 – 3 days only. Generally no reservation deposit will be charged for small items. Large items and Party Packs require a minimum 25% or $20 (whichever is the greater) deposit.

Toy Cancellation
If the item or a Party Pack is cancelled 7days or less than the booked date for delivery or collection the deposit will not be refunded. Where full payment has been made for the hire the amount paid will be refunded less $20 or 25% whichever is the greater.

Where the item or Party Pack is cancelled 14 days or less but more than 7 days prior to the delivery or collection date then the 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

Delivery

Delivery of toys is available upon request. The delivery charge will depend upon the items and distance.
