Credit Card information is stored in paper form in accordance with the requirements for payment transactions and accounting.

The computer on which the emails are stored is protected against unauthorised access by automatically updated software. The email is deleted upon finalisation of the transaction.

Direct marketing

Sunnybank Hills Toy Library provides newsletters to members for the purpose of information, notification of changes to price lists and conditions, and updating catalogues. Any member may request not to receive Newsletters at any time by submitting such request in writing quoting the members name and membership number. Any such request must be signed by the member.

Gaining access to personal information

A member, casual hirer or customer may gain access to the personal information held about them. A request to gain access must be submitted in writing by the member, casual hirer or customer.

Where the information is for currently inactive previous member and/or transactions more than one financial year old we may charge a fee not exceeding $20 to retrieve the information if we still retain the information.
